My Low pole workshop in Prostě se hýbej

I was teaching my Low pole workshop at the studio Prostě se hýbej in Opava on Sunday, April 28.

This time we didn't climb the pole but we stayed low. So you didn't need invert. Workshop was full of dancing transitions, spins, poses connected pole and floor and also shoulder rolls.

Workshop was for beginners who attended one full course and also for intermediate pole dancers.
