Upper back mobility

Two interesting exercises for upper back mobility.

You will need:

  • one yoga block

Starting position:

  1. half kneeling position with 90 degrees angles between both knees aka 90 / 90 lunge
  2. put yoga block between the front knee and the wall

Steps:

  1. both arms in front of you
  2. inside arm push towards the wall
  3. slowly move outside arm in direction of your elbow
  4. open the chest to the side and rotate your upper back
  5. move the same way back
  6. make a half circle with your inside arm on the wall
  7. push with both hands towardsk the wall
  8. make a half circle back with the inside arm

Number of repetition:

  • at least 5 times per every side
